USAGE Daily dose
Always take MultiPerfect with water with a meal or food. This way all nutrients will be absorbed in the best way. If you use 2 tablets a day, take for example 1 tablet with breakfast or lunch and 1 tablet with dinner for the most efficient absorption. Stick to the recommended dosage.
Children 6 to 11 years: ½ to 1 tablet with a meal
Children 12 to 18 years of age: 1 tablet with a meal
Adults, 50+ and seniors: 1 to 2 tablets once daily with meals

MultiPerfect for children

There may be specific concerns for the elderly, for example, when taking medications such as coumarin derivatives (blood thinners). Do you use acenocoumarol or phenprocoumon? MultiPerfect does not go well with these types of anticoagulants, due to the vitamin K2 it contains. If in doubt, consult a physician.
