Le Festival des Templiers

Le Festival des Templiers is a French trail running competition. It takes place every year on the last weekend of October. Eleven races are organised from Friday to Sunday, with over 10,000 participants1 throughout the festival. Among these races, the Grand Trail des Templiers closes the festival on Sunday with 2,500 runners at the start.

The events take place in the Grands Causses2 area in the south-east of the Aveyron department. The Festival des Templiers is based on the rural world, the associative life and the landscapes of the Grands Causses.
