Tastes like raw nature. Well tolerated without dilution with water or juice. Refreshing and also suitable as mouthwash before swallowing. 

This fermentation drink is completely organic and based on spices, sugar cane molasses and a very wide range of lactic acid bacteria. It contains no milk, lactose, gluten, sugar or other sweeteners and that is very pleasant for my teeth and intestines. 

The gut needs support and is such important part of our immune system and for our health overall. I take this product now on a regular basis 4-6 times a week and I am now an addict.
