The X-Talon 255 features a very durable upper with a bumper around the shoe that provides protection against rocky surfaces and obstacles during OCR or survival running.
The sticky grip rubber provides extreme traction in mud, rocky terrain, and over slippery obstacles. The X-Talon 255 features a ballistic nylon upper that does not retain water, so even when you go through water, the shoe remains lightweight. Additionally, any water that enters the shoe can drain out through the openings in the protective bumper.
