Includes: event t-shirt, race shirt, 5x lunch, 1x dinner prologue, 5x dinner, 5x massage, usage of GPS tracking system, safety on water and land during event.

NON-Stop Competition
for NON-Stop paddlers € 360,00.

Includes: event t-shirt, race shirt, opening dinner on the Friday evening, food on “5 day finish locations”, 1x massage, usage of GPS tracking system, safety on water and land during event – day & night. Every ‘finish city’ of the 5 day event there will be a resting post. The athlete is responsible for their own ‘land team’ for their general support along the route.

NON-Stop Competition TEAM (incl. 2 team-members)
for NON-Stop team € 400,00 / extra team-member € 40,00 (incl t-shirt, race shirt and 2 x dinner.)

Includes: event t-shirt for all team-member, race shirt for all (2) team-members & opening dinner on the Friday evening, closing dinner on Sunday, food on “5 day finish locations”, 1x massage, usage of GPS tracking system, safety on water and land during event – day & night. Team Competition & Team Tour

(Team member who paddles that day, receives lunch, dinner and massage – then there’s every day 1 extra dinner for another team member)

Categories of participation

1. Solo Competition / Masters 40+ men competition / Grand Masters 50+ men competition / Divas 40+ women competition
   Athletes paddle the SUP 11-City Tour in 5 days and compete for an overall ranking (male/female)
2. Solo Tour (Amateur)
   Athletes paddle the SUP 11-City Tour in 5 days without competition element.
3. Team Competition (2-5 p)
   Athletes paddle the SUP 11-City Tour (2,3,4 or 5 p) in 5 days where each team member paddles one (or more) entire day stage (s). Fastest team (m/f/mixed) will be rewarded. When there are less than 3 teams in the mixed team competition, the teams will compete in the men team competition. When there are less than 3 teams in a ladies team competition, the teams will compete in the mixed team competition. When there are less than 3 teams in the men team competition, the teams will compete in the men team competition.
4. Team Tour
   Athletes paddle the SUP 11-City Tour together (2,3,4 or 5 p) in 5 days where each team member paddles one (or more) entire day stage(s) without competition element.
5. Weekend Stage (Tour)
   Athletes paddle the weekend stage from the SUP 11-City Tour without competition element.
6. Solo stage (Tour)
   Athletes paddle 1 or more stages from the SUP 11-City Tour without competition element.
7. Solo NON-Stop (Competition)
   Paddlers paddle the SUP 11-City Tour NON-stop with competition element.
